It is not a kit of the vehicle but a refining accessory that replaces selected plastic items with fine metal parts and adds external detail.
The M88A1G is the German variant of the armored recovery vehicle of the M88 series, intended for towing and recovering damaged or bogged-down heavy vehicles right in the field. The vehicle is fitted with a winch, a crane and a dozer blade and serves as a support asset for tank units. Smoke dischargers are part of the usual equipment for screening.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and bend them in a bender. Shape the cylindrical parts of the smoke dischargers around a suitable mandrel. Use super glue or epoxy for bonding; treat the metal surfaces with a primer before painting.
