The Panhard 178 in 1:35 scale is a plastic kit of the French reconnaissance armored car from the manufacturer Heller.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from the French manufacturer Heller captures the reconnaissance armored car Panhard 178 (AMD 35) in 1:35 scale. It is a classic build with a clear breakdown of the parts; given the age of the mold, the assembly calls for a little care. A decal sheet completes the model.
The Panhard 178, also designated the AMD 35, was a four-wheeled armored reconnaissance vehicle of the French army developed before the Second World War. The crew numbered four men and the main armament was a 25 mm cannon complemented by a machine gun of 7.5 mm caliber. After the defeat of France in 1940 a number of captured vehicles were taken over and used by the Wehrmacht.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the parting lines and old flash carefully. Assemble and paint the chassis before closing the hull up. For the patina use washes and pigments for dust and mud effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
