Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic set in 1:35 scale brings female figures posing in the legendary pin-up style. It is not a military subject but a genre set that lets you step away from the traditional combat scenes and build an original diorama or individual display figures. The figures are not tied together by a shared story, so you can use them on their own as well as in combination with equipment.
The pin-up style arose in the middle of the 20th century as a popular form of period illustration and photography. The characteristic poses and period clothing became an icon of the era and still turn up today as an addition to garage, airfield and civilian scenes, where they bring life to otherwise purely technical settings.
Assemble the figures once the joints are cleaned up and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Take the greatest care over the faces and the skin tones: it pays to shade and lightly tone them. Keep the clothing to your own taste; richer colors and fine washes to bring out the folds of the fabric suit the period look.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
