The Quickwheel 1:35 masking set for the road wheels of the Pz.Kpfw.IV is cut for the Rye Field Model kit. It separates the rubber tire band from the wheel rim while spraying.

A set of masks from Quickwheel for painting the wheels that are already part of your kit. It is not a replacement running gear. Its name ties it to the Rye Field Model kit — wheel masks are traced to a particular molding, so a set for one brand will not fit the wheels of another.
The Pz.Kpfw.IV runs on bogie suspension: a pair of small road wheels on a shared bogie with leaf springs, four bogies per side, that is sixteen wheels on the whole model. Each of them has a narrow rubber tire band around its circumference. To that has to be added the fact that on later machines the return rollers were made of steel with no rubber tire band — on the model, then, the rollers and the road wheels are painted differently and a mask for the wheel rim is not used on them. It is worth checking which rollers your variant has before you reach for the paint. It is precisely this detail that makes the difference on a finished model between a running gear that looks convincing and one that is black all over.
Deburr the wheels first and spray the base shade. Apply the mask to a perfectly dry finish, press it down around the circumference and spray square in thin coats. A tire band looks better in a dark gray than in pure black. Take the mask off while the paint has flashed off, and let a wash into the recesses and dust pigments onto the finished running gear.
This is a masking accessory. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
