1:35 PzKpfw I in Afrika. PzKpfw I Ausf A in Northern Africa

PzKpfw I in Afrika (1:35, Star Decals)

A sheet of wet, that is waterslide, decals in 1:35 scale meant for marking models of the PzKpfw I Ausf A light tank used in North Africa. This is not a kit but an accessory for finishing a model.

The real subject and the markings

The PzKpfw I Ausf A was a small light tank armed only with two machine guns, which served above all for training and in the early campaigns. In the African setting it carried the emblems of the Deutsches Afrikakorps. The set brings tactical numbers, Balkenkreuz crosses and divisional symbols matching the vehicles of this theater.

Use

• Work on a smooth gloss varnish, which will prevent silvering.
• Cut the motif out right to the edge, soak it in lukewarm water and slide it onto the model.
• Adjust the position, blot the water off and draw it into the detail with a softener.
• Coat it with a matte varnish to even the surface out.

Who the set is for

• Builders of early German armor in 1:35 scale.
• Anyone interested in the fighting in North Africa.

The set holds decals only. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
