This item is an accessory set in 1:35, not a kit of the vehicle. It completes a model of the Soviet GAZ-67B light cross-country car with kit and cargo, thanks to which the model stops looking like an empty machine off the production line. The set is made by the Czech brand Black Dog, long focused on accessories for models of military vehicles.
The GAZ-67 was a Soviet light cross-country car with all-wheel drive, following on from the earlier GAZ-64 type. It came about as a simple, open and easily repaired machine for commanders, signalers and reconnaissance, but it was also used for towing light guns and as a universal help in rear areas. The 67B version received a wider track, which helped the vehicle's stability off road markedly, and it was built from 1944 onward and after the war as well. The open body without doors means that the whole interior is visible on a model, and that is exactly why accessories pay off especially well on this type.
What draws the eye most on a light car is the arrangement of the load. Place the crew's personal belongings, the tarpaulins and the cans so that the seats and the dashboard stay visible. Separate the canvas, the wood, the leather and the metal in color; it pays to lighten the Soviet green slightly on the upper surfaces and to leave it darker where dust does not settle. Do not spare the mud on this type, as the cars mostly drove off the roads.
