Scorpion Track Early Version is a set of movable individual-link tracks in 1:35 scale for the British FV101 Scorpion reconnaissance tank, in the early version form.

This is an add-on set of replacement tracks, not a standalone model. It contains workable individual-link tracks matching the early version of the running gear of the British light reconnaissance vehicle of the CVR(T) line. The tracks are made up of single links, they stay flexible once assembled and follow the sag over the road wheels faithfully.
The FV101 Scorpion was a British light reconnaissance armored vehicle of the CVR(T) family (Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance, Tracked). Thanks to its aluminum armor and low weight it reached high speed and good cross-country mobility. It was used by the British army and by a number of foreign operators. The early form differed from the later one in details of the running gear and the tracks.
Cut the links off the sprue gates, clean them up and join them step by step in longer sections. It is practical to fit the movable tracks only once the running gear has been painted. We recommend a primer, a dark wash into the recesses and dust pigments on the lower areas for a faithful field look.
An add-on set of tracks. The model of the vehicle, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
