A resin detail set from the Slovak brand Armour Models with replacement wheels for models of the German armored command vehicle Sd.Kfz. 247 in 1:35 scale. The castings have a cleanly rendered tire tread and rim detail and replace the plastic parts from the kit.
The Sd.Kfz. 247 was a German armored command vehicle of the Second World War period, used by reconnaissance and command units. The faithful shape of the tires and their tread strongly affect the overall impression of a finished model.
Wash the mold release agent off the wheels and cut them from the casting blocks, taking care to keep the circular outline. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). For a realistic effect the tire can be dusted with pigments after varnishing and the tread picked out with a dry brush.
The set contains resin wheels only. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
