A detailing wheel set for models of the American shipborne helicopter SH-60 and its derived versions in 1:35 scale from Reskit. It is not a helicopter kit but a separate accessory that replaces the factory plastic wheels with more faithful parts in cast resin and 3D print, with fine relief on the tread and the hub.
The Reskit wheels replace the plastic wheels from the base kit and raise the level of detail of the landing gear. The set can be used across the SH-60 Seahawk family, the naval branch of the Black Hawk type intended for operation from the decks of ships.
Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, separate the casting blocks and bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Shade the tires in a matte black-gray and the hubs in metallic tones. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The helicopter kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
