A 3D printed resin sports bicycle in 1:35 scale is a fine accessory for dioramas and display cases. The lightened frame with sports handlebars gives a scene dynamism and a sense of scale. This is not a model of its own but a scenic element for bringing civilian and military scenes to life.
Lean the bicycle against a wall, lay it by a fence or a tree, or put it in the hands of a figure. In the larger 1:35 scale the details of the frame, the wheels and the handlebars come out well, so the bicycle works as the natural central element of a small scene.
Wash the parts to remove mold release and separate them from the casting gates carefully: the thin parts of the frame and the wheels are fragile, and sand with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). A primer, a gloss color on the frame, chrome on the details with a dry brush and fine weathering give the bicycle a convincing look.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
