The set is known for clean molding and fine detail; the tracks are made of individual links and the barrels of both the main gun and the hull gun are worked out in detail. The Type 5 Chi-Ri was the most advanced medium tank of the Imperial Japanese Army in the Second World War. For its size, heavy armor and 75 mm main gun it is sometimes nicknamed the Japanese Tiger. Only a prototype was built and the vehicle never saw combat, because the war ended before production could begin.
Glue the plastic with liquid cement for plastic. Finish the running gear and the interior as far as the set provides it first, and only then close up the hull. Apply a primer, spray the base color with an airbrush and build the patina with washes and pigments for mud and dust effects. The individual track links allow realistic sag.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
