A figure of a Ukrainian soldier in 1:35 scale from the production of Spalah, listed with the nickname Psych. An accessory for a diorama with present-day equipment.
Responsibility details are not available.
A separate figure from the line of the Ukrainian brand Spalah devoted to the soldiers of today's Ukrainian army. The individual pieces of this line are listed under nicknames, and this one carries the designation Psych. The 1:35 scale matches ordinary models of armored and wheeled equipment, so the figure can be placed beside them without recalculating the proportions.
The Ukrainian designation for an assault infantryman has a second meaning as well, namely a ground-attack aircraft. It is the second one that found its way into the English name, although the item belongs to a line of figures in 1:35 scale. Do not expect a model of an aircraft, then.
Wash and degrease the figure before painting, otherwise the paint holds badly on the smooth surface. Lay your foundation with a thin coat of primer, and only onto that put the shades. With today's Ukrainian uniforms it pays to start from a middle gray-green and to work with muted transitions rather than with sharp contrast, because the print of the camouflage pattern reads in this scale only as mottling. Leave the face and the hands until last; they take the most work. Bring out the small elements of the gear with a dark wash and a fine dry brush.
The box holds the figure only. Paints, glue and a base are not included, unless stated otherwise.
