A 1:35 accessory set for finishing a model of the American M2 vehicle. It gives a finished model the equipment and cargo that the kit itself usually does not include.
Responsibility details are not available.
This 1:35 accessory set is used to finish a model of the American M2 vehicle. The manufacturer makes a second set under the same name, and this one carries the suffix N in its name. A closer identification of the vehicle version and the parts list are given in the manufacturer's documentation, which is worth a look before you start building.
Accessories of this kind change the look of a finished model more than most small modifications do. Equipment, cargo and the crew's personal belongings spread over the vehicle break up the large empty surfaces, give the whole thing a sense of scale and turn a vehicle off the display stand into a machine that serves somewhere. They also work well as a guide for composing a diorama, because they tell the eye where to stop.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water before gluing, rinse them and let them dry properly so that the primer will hold. Cut the excess material and the marks left by production off a little way from the part with a sharp blade, then carefully sand what remains. Cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) is a safe choice, because it holds on resin and on plastic. Painting is easier before fitting: spray the primer, paint the individual pieces separately, pull them together with a light dark wash and pick out the edges with a dry brush.
The set will please modelers who are building the vehicle into a diorama or who want to give it a working look without the labor of making their own accessories. It calls for no special experience; patience when cleaning up small parts is enough. The exact contents, the piece counts and the recommended procedure are given in the manufacturer's instructions. Paints, glue and tools are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
