Responsibility details are not available.
A figure of an American soldier in stride, armed with a rifle, a ratio of 1:35 belongs at Dynamo-Models to the numbered marching series on the theme of Normandy 1944, under the sequence number two. He carries the weapon close to his body, so the silhouette stays narrow and the figure fits well into a column.
A numbered series of this kind is bought piece by piece exactly so that the resulting formation does not look like a row of identical castings. Each number has a different turn of the torso and a different phase of the stride, so even three or four figures one behind another are enough for convincing movement. A spacing of roughly one figure's length and a slight deviation from a straight line work well.
Set the straps, the pouches and the canteen apart from the clothing by a warmer brown tone, so the area does not run together into a single color. Build the wood of the stock from a mid brown through a glaze to gentle brightening of the edges. Darken the metal parts and only at the end polish them lightly, so they look worn rather than new. Finally make the helmet a little more matte than the rest of the figure, because its large area otherwise reflects light and overpowers the face.
