A single-figure set in resin in 1:35 scale from the maker Bravo 6, who is respected for precisely modeled figures with realistic faces and fine details. The figure represents a rifleman of the US Marine Corps in the period of the Tet Offensive of 1968. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted and is meant for experienced modelers.
The Tet Offensive at the turn of January and February 1968 was one of the key moments of the war in Vietnam. Marines of the US Marine Corps then fought hard battles in urban built-up areas. A typical rifleman carried an assault rifle, load-bearing equipment and a helmet with a cover, on which personal inscriptions often appeared.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and glue them with cyanoacrylate; do the sanding with respiratory protection. Build the skin and the uniform up in thin coats; you bring out the wear of the equipment with glazes and gentle drybrushing.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted, in resin. The glue, the paints and the accessories are not included in the package.
