Two figures of American soldiers from the war in Vietnam in 1:35 scale, in the form designated MIKE Force.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set captures a pair of American soldiers from the war in Vietnam. The designation MIKE Force is used for the mobile strike units which in Southeast Asia were led by members of the US Special Forces. The figures therefore suit scenes away from the regular front line, patrols and movements across country.
Two figures in 1:35 scale, that is in the size commonly used for models of military equipment. The figures can thus be stood beside a tank, an armored vehicle or a truck in the same scale without any conversion and a scene built from them straight away.
Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder with fine paper. Before painting, wash and degrease the figures, then give them a primer, otherwise the paint holds badly on a smooth surface. The faces and the hands are best painted with a brush in thin coats, while the uniform can be sprayed and the shadows finished with a glaze. The suitable glue and the procedure for assembly are given by the manufacturer's instructions.
The set is for builders of dioramas and for modelers who want to add a crew or an escort to a piece of equipment. Two figures are enough for a small scene in which something is happening. Unless stated otherwise, the paints, the glue and the base are not included in the package.
