The DEF Model USMC machine gun squad on the slope (1:35) is a set of resin figures of a US Marine Corps machine gun crew in a scene on a slope.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of resin figures from DEF Model for more experienced modelers. It captures a machine gun crew of the US Marine Corps (USMC) from the Second World War period in an action scene on a slope. The set makes a complete diorama scene.
A USMC machine gun crew provided the fire support of the infantry units. The depiction on a slope matches a typical combat situation in broken terrain. The figures wear a field uniform, a helmet and gear.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint the uniforms in acrylics and bring out the folds with washes. For a scene on a slope it is worth blending the figures into the terrain of the diorama. Sand resin with respiratory protection.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
