The model captures the light tracked vehicle intended for airborne units, with a turret carrying an automatic cannon. The ZLC2000 is a Chinese airborne infantry fighting vehicle that entered service at the beginning of the 21st century. It was designed as light, air-transportable equipment for airborne units: it has to be light enough to be dropped or flown in, and yet to give fire support and protection to the infantry it has delivered. In the turret it carries an automatic cannon and supplementary armament; its low weight is reflected in a more slender structure than heavier infantry fighting vehicles have.
Assemble the running gear and the tracks before closing the hull. Bend the photo-etched engine grilles, where they are included, over a straight edge and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Bring the base green or camouflage shade to life with a wash into the recesses and dry-brushing on the edges. Apply dust and mud pigments to the running gear and the lower part of the hull. More slender airborne equipment takes only gentle weathering, so that it does not look overscaled.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
