The set from MASTER contains 20 turned brass barrels for the German light anti-aircraft gun of 20 mm caliber, the C/30 (barrel length 65 calibers), in the early build, in 1:350 scale. The metal barrels replace more fragile and coarser plastic parts and refine the small armament. It is a detail accessory, not a ship model.
The 2 cm C/30 light anti-aircraft gun was a widespread close-range air defense weapon of the Kriegsmarine. It was fitted on practically every class of German warship, from destroyers through cruisers to battleships. The early type differed from the later one above all in its mechanism and rate of fire.
Separate the very thin barrels carefully from the casting block, clean them up and glue them on with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the brass before painting and apply a primer, then put the paint on with an airbrush.
This is a metal detail accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
