An accessory set in 1:350 scale for a model of the American battleship USS Montana. According to the name it is intended for the Very Fire kit with the code VF350913.
Responsibility details are not available.
USS Montana was an American battleship planned during the Second World War as a continuation of the navy's line of heavy surface ships. The order was canceled during the war and the ship was never completed, so the model is based on design documents rather than on photographs of a finished vessel. That is precisely why it tends to be popular among collectors: it is a ship nobody ever saw in harbor.
This is an accessory set in 1:350 scale which, according to the name, is prepared directly for the Very Fire kit with the catalog code VF350913. Accessory sets for ship models usually refine the parts that cannot be managed in injection-molded plastic at a corresponding thickness. The exact extent of the parts is given in the supplier's instructions.
Work over a surface with a raised edge; small parts like to fly off. Check the material of the parts in the instructions and choose the glue accordingly; cyanoacrylate glue holds on most materials, cement for polystyrene only on plastic. Fit the parts in the order given in the kit's instructions, because once the superstructures are glued on the deck is no longer easy to reach. Apply both the primer and the paint in thin coats, so that the fine relief stays legible.
This is an accessory for a model; the kit of the ship itself, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
