An extensive sheet of wet decals in 1:12 scale that holds various kinds of thermal stickers. These are the small squares and strips with fields that change color on real racing machines according to the temperature reached and tell the mechanics after a run whether the brakes, the hubs or the dampers have overheated. On a model it is a detail noticed only by someone who knows what to look for, and that is exactly why it is so convincing.
The stickers are tiny, so cut them out as close to the artwork as possible and work with tweezers. The surface under them should be glossy; on a matte one a white veil will form under the film. On curved parts use a softener, absorb the surplus with a cotton swab rolled over the decal, and overcoat the area at the end. Plan the layout in advance from period photographs of the machine in question, because every team applied the stickers its own way.
The decals are an accessory, not a kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
