B-24J Liberator EXPERT painting masks (1:48) are an extended kabuki masking set for spraying the glazing, the wheels and further details of a model of the American heavy bomber precisely.
Responsibility details are not available.
This extended set of painting masks from New Ware is made of fine yellow kabuki paper, which follows curved surfaces well and leaves no adhesive residue when removed. The EXPERT form goes beyond the basic set: besides the outer glazing it also holds masks for the inner side of the canopies, for the color of the seals, for the landing gear wheels and for further areas such as the position lights and the anti-glare panel.
The Consolidated B-24J Liberator was one of the most widely used American four-engine heavy bombers of the Second World War. Its extensive glazing and numerous details mean a great many areas to mask, which this set covers comprehensively.
The EXPERT set is intended for more demanding modelers who want to get not only the canopy frames right but the rubber seals, the wheels and the small areas as well. It offers more comprehensive coverage than the BASIC form.
The set contains masks only, not the model, the paints or the glue.
