This is NOT a kit but a detail accessory for a cockpit. The colored 3D decals from Quinta Studio are printed on backing decal paper, are layered and raised, and once settled they look three-dimensional. The model gains a colored instrument panel, side consoles, levers, a seat and seat belts with no painting. Intended for models of the late version of the Harrier Gr.3 in 1:72 scale. The decals are shaped to the parts of the Airfix kit.
The Harrier Gr.3 was the more advanced variant of the British VTOL aircraft, with improved avionics and a characteristic lengthened nose holding reconnaissance sensors. It served as a light attack and reconnaissance machine able to operate from forward sites thanks to its vectored-thrust Rolls-Royce Pegasus engine.
Cut the part out of the sheet, dip it in lukewarm water for about 15 seconds and slide it off the paper into place in the cockpit. The elements have no adhesive layer, they hold on gloss varnish (Future/Klear, Tamiya X-22), and on intricate surfaces a drop of cyanoacrylate glue helps. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as they attack the printed resin. The seat belts can be shaped gently.
This is a standalone detail accessory. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
