Sira Hobby Light earth, stone (texture paste)

This is a modeling structural (texture) paste from the Czech manufacturer Sira Hobby, meant for building terrain and for weathering vehicles, buildings and equipment. The shade matches light soil, and the designation stone means a coarser grain of the additive, thanks to which the paste forms a more pronounced, rougher surface texture once dry. It is not an opaque paint for a model but a scenic and weathering material.

Use

• It is applied with a spatula, a brush or a finger onto chassis, tracks and the surfaces of dioramas.
• It creates dried mud, dust and coarser terrain surfaces.
• It thins with water, so it is easy to apply and to clean up.
• It keeps its texture once dry; it goes well with pigments and washes.

Who it is for

For builders of dioramas and narrative scenes and for vehicle modelers who want to dirty the chassis area realistically. Natural and iron oxides give it a natural, matte soil appearance.

The product is water-thinnable and non-toxic. Close the jar well before longer storage so that the paste does not dry out.
