About product

Star Decals 1:35 IDF generic markings no. 1

A set of water-slide (wet) decals in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Star Decals. It contains generic brigade and unit insignia of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) usable on tanks and armored vehicles across models. It is an accessory for finishing a model, not a kit.

Use

  • Cut the decal out and dip it for a few seconds in lukewarm water.
  • Move the softened decal onto a smooth gloss varnished base and set the position.
  • For adhesion to the details use a decal softener and a decal fixer.
  • Once dry, overspray with a clear varnish.

Who the set is for

For modelers of Israeli equipment who want a generic stock of insignia for several builds. Basic experience of applying wet decals is assumed.

The decals are an accessory to a model. The model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
