F-35A Lightning II – camouflage masks, late version 1:48 from New Ware. Masks for spraying the panel scheme of the later form of the aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A masking set in kabuki tape for the F-35A Lightning II model in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker New Ware. It serves for spraying the subtly differing shades of the skin panels following the later form of the camouflage scheme. These are not glazing masks and it is not a kit, but an accessory for a faithful panel look. Made for matching plastic F-35A models in this scale.
The surface of the F-35 is divided into panels that differ from one another by a barely perceptible shade according to the material and the surface treatment. The later version of the scheme differs from the early one in the placement and the shape of some of the areas. It is these transitions that give a model its characteristic realistic cast.
The masking set is an accessory for a model. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
