The smaller scale of trucks calls for a different solution than with aircraft: the cab is fairly roomy and clearly visible through the large windows, and at the same time it is hard to paint. Layered printed elements on a backing paper therefore bring the instrument panel, the door panels, the seats and the floor in finished shades and with a three-dimensional relief. The decals are shaped for the parts of the Zvezda kit.
This three-axle dump truck from the works in Naberezhnye Chelny is one of the most widespread pieces of Russian commercial equipment. It drives the two rear axles, tips its cargo bed to the rear and is used mainly in construction and earthmoving. The cab, which has no sleeper, tilts forward and has a high step up over three steps and simple, low-maintenance fittings. Trucks of this range are sold to a whole number of countries and you will meet them on building sites and in hard off-road conditions.
First assemble the inside of the cab dry and check where each element goes. Rid the surfaces of grease, go over them with a dark base and only then release the elements by wetting the paper. A drop of PVA or super glue applied with a toothpick will hold them.
The cab, the cargo bed and the chassis of the truck are not supplied in this package.
