About product

A-37B Dragonfly refueling probe 1:48 (Quickboost)

A resin accessory for a kit holding a refueling probe for in-flight refueling for the A-37B Dragonfly in 1:48 scale. This is not an aircraft model but a refining part.

The real subject

The Cessna A-37 Dragonfly was an American light attack aircraft derived from the T-37 trainer. The A-37B version proved itself in the close support and light attack roles. The fixed refueling probe on the nose made in-flight refueling and an extended range possible.

Usage tips

Wash the mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Handle the slender probe with care. We recommend a filler primer before painting, and protect your airways while sanding.

Who the accessory is for

  • modelers building the A-37B in 1:48 scale
  • anyone interested in a faithful detail of the refueling probe
  • more experienced modelers used to resin
  • collectors of Cold War aircraft

This is an accessory for a kit. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
