This is a detail accessory, not a model of an aircraft. The set holds 3D-printed seat belts for the ACES II ejection seat in 1:48 scale. The belts have realistic stitching and fittings and will give the seat of a modern American fighter a convincing appearance.
The ACES II is an American ejection seat widespread on a number of modern combat aircraft, among others on the A-10, F-15, F-16 and B-1 types. Its straps and harness system are characteristic of these machines and markedly influence the appearance of an open cockpit.
Separate the belts from the print supports, wash and degrease them, and glue them with super glue. Paint them in the shades of the straps of modern American equipment, pick the fittings out with a metallic paint and emphasize the stitching with a fine wash.
The set holds supplementary parts only. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
