A set of self-adhesive masking templates from the Czech maker Eduard for a model of the B-25G in 1:48. This is not a kit or detail parts but an aid to painting. You stick the die-cut masks onto the glazing, spray the frames with paint and peel the masks off. With a twin-engine bomber with a richly glazed nose and gun stations it is a saving of work you will notice at once.
The B-25 Mitchell was an American twin-engine bomber with a pair of vertical tails, used on every main theater of the Second World War. The B-25G version came about for attacks at low altitude against shipping targets: instead of the classic glazed bombing nose it was given a solid nose with a large-caliber cannon completed by machine guns. It is precisely because of the rebuilding of the nose that the glazing of this version differs from the ordinary bombing forms, so for masking it is advisable to reach for a set made directly for this variant.
For modelers who build American twin-engine bombers in 1:48 and do not want to spend hours cutting masking tape for dozens of small frames.
The set holds masking templates only. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
