Art Scale 1:48 Bell AH-1G Cobra, D/227 AHB, 1st Air Cavalry Division (part 1) is a decal sheet with period schemes of the attack helicopter from the Vietnam War.
Responsibility details are not available.
The decal sheet brings authentic markings of the Bell AH-1G Cobra attack helicopter of the D/227 battalion in 1:48 scale. It offers particular machines with personal names and numbers from combat service in the Vietnam War at the turn of the 1960s and 1970s.
The AH-1G Cobra was the first production attack helicopter in the world. Its slender fuselage, tandem cockpit layout and nose gunner turret made it an icon of the air cavalry. In Vietnam the machines carried colorful personal names and inscriptions that made every one of them an original.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss varnish and then even the area out with a matte varnish matching the military finish. On fine inscriptions and nose art a decal softener helps the motif settle even on a broken-up surface. Choose the color schemes according to the enclosed instructions.
This is a decal accessory: the kit and the paints are not included in the package.
