A resin detail accessory of the Quickboost brand from the maker Aires in 1:48 scale. It is not a model of the aircraft but a stand-alone part with which you will round out or sharpen up the pump on the engine of the Bf 109F version. The fine resin rendering raises the fidelity of the exposed engine area of a finished model.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109F, nicknamed Friedrich, was a German single-seat fighter aircraft of the first half of the Second World War. It was powered by a liquid-cooled Daimler-Benz inverted V12 engine, whose ancillaries, pumps included, were placed in the forward part of the fuselage.
Wash the part free of mold release residue, separate the casting block carefully and glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. The detail comes into its own after fine shading and accentuating.
