A set of landing gear wheels for the Messerschmitt Bf 109K-4 in 1:48 scale from Eduard. The wheels have a faithfully rendered tire and hub and replace the plastic parts of the basic kit. The set is intended for Bf 109K-4 models.
The Bf 109K-4 was one of the last production versions of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter at the end of the Second World War. Wheels with a realistic tire and a hint of load give a parked aircraft a convincing look.
Separate the parts from the sprue gates, clean them up and degrease them. Bond them with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint the tires dark gray rather than pure black and set the hubs apart with a suitable shade. Protect your airways while sanding.
This is an add-on set, not a complete airplane model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
