A set of two pieces of the French BLG-66 Belouga cluster bomb in 1:48 scale from Reskit. It is a resin and 3D-printed accessory for aircraft armament, not an airplane kit. The faithfully executed bombs will complete the external stores of combat aircraft models.
The BLG-66 Belouga is a French cluster bomb developed for destroying area and lightly armored targets and for cratering airfield surfaces. It was carried by a number of French tactical combat aircraft, for example the Mirage F.1, the Mirage 2000 and the Sepecat Jaguar. The bomb was used on stores stations under the fuselage and the wings.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Shade the armament according to period references and add subtle accentuation and lettering from decals if you use them. Do the sanding with respiratory protection.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The airplane kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
