The set contains thin metal parts representing the ammo feed chutes and troughs guiding the ammunition belts to the machine guns of the bomber Boeing B-17F Flying Fortress. This is not an aircraft model, but a refinement accessory intended for the corresponding plastic B-17F kit in 1:48 scale.
For more advanced modelers who want to improve the accuracy of the B-17F's gun stations in 1:48 scale and have experience working with photo-etched parts and cyanoacrylate glue.
The accessory is supplied unpainted; paints and glue are not included in the package. Cyanoacrylate glue is flammable and sets quickly – work in a well-ventilated area and watch out for small sharp parts.
