Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British twin-engine Bristol Beaufort Mk.I torpedo bomber in 1:48 scale from ICM. It is a modern mold with fine surface detail, a well worked interior and clear parts. The package holds a decal sheet with several marking options.
The Bristol Beaufort was a British twin-engine naval torpedo bomber that served above all with Coastal Command. It carried a torpedo or a bomb load and was also used for reconnaissance and minelaying. The Mk.I version was the first production variant and was deployed over the North Sea and in the Mediterranean.
We recommend painting and assembling the rich cockpit interior before the fuselage is closed up. Glue it with a thin plastic cement and fill the seams carefully. Treat the model with primer and paint it with an airbrush; apply gloss varnish under the decals and unify the surface with matte varnish. The engine nacelles and the wheel bays need careful cleaning up.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
