These are painted photo-etched seat belts of steel from the Czech maker Eduard, not a model. The set is intended for models of the carrier-based Douglas SBD-2 Dauntless dive bomber in 1:48 scale and replaces flat or missing belts with a faithful substitute.
Compared with brass, steel photo-etched belts are more pliable, so they drape naturally over the seat and look more realistic. The parts are pre-painted and self-adhesive, so they can be used straight away, with no need for painting.
Separate the belts from the fret carefully, shape them over an edge and seat them in the cockpit. With self-adhesive parts pressure is enough; for a permanent bond a drop of super glue can be added.
The model itself is not included in the package. The set serves as a cockpit accessory.
