This item is not an aircraft model but an add-on for its cockpit. The set brings ACES II ejection seats cast in resin and prepared for the two-seat cockpit of the Strike Eagle. The Fabric Pad designation says that the cushions have a smoother fabric finish; under a separate listing the manufacturer also has the variant with a wool pad, whose surface is markedly coarser. The kind of pad is the only thing the two listings differ in, so when choosing, look at how the cockpit appears on your subject.
ACES II, in full the Advanced Concept Ejection Seat, is an American ejection seat introduced at the end of the 1970s and since then the standard on most combat aircraft of the US Air Force. The F-15, F-16, A-10 and the strategic bombers carry it. The McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle is the two-seat strike version of the Eagle with a crew of a pilot and a weapon systems officer; the F-15K Slam Eagle is its Korean variant. Both cockpits are well visible under the long clear canopy, which is why it does not pay to skimp on the seats on a model.
Wash the parts with lukewarm water and a drop of detergent and let them dry. Separate the remnants of the casting blocks with a saw and level the mating surfaces, so that both seats stand at the same height and angle. Try the seating dry before the fuselage is closed. Paint them away from the model: a dark base for the structure, a different shade for the cushions, a thin dark shadow into the recesses and a light dry brush on the edges. The texture of the fabric pad stands out when you go over it with a fine lighter dry brush after flattening.
This is an add-on set made of resin. The aircraft model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
