A detail set of airbrakes for the F-16 fighter in 1:48 scale from the resin Brassin line by Eduard. The package contains precisely cast resin parts complemented by photo-etch and replaces the simplified plastic airbrakes from a base kit. It is not a model of the aircraft, but a standalone accessory.
The airbrakes of the F-16 are set in the sides of the rear fuselage and, in the open position, they reveal the structure inside. The resin parts faithfully capture the shape of the brake panels and the photo-etch adds the fine internal bracing, so you can build the model with the brakes realistically deployed.
This is an accessory, not a model of an aircraft. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
