A colored 3D interior decal from Quinta Studio in 1:48 scale on decal backing paper. The details are printed on a flexible film with genuine relief, so the large panoramic display, the side consoles and the controls of the modern cockpit look three-dimensional. The colors and the lettering are pre-printed, so painting the interior falls away.
The F-35 Lightning II is an American fifth generation multirole fighter with low observability features. The F-35B version is adapted for short takeoff and vertical landing thanks to its lift fan, which suits it to operating from smaller decks and expeditionary bases. The cockpit is marked by its large-area touch display.
The part is cut from the sheet, soaked in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slid off the backing paper into place. The elements have no adhesive layer of their own and hold on a gloss varnish of the Future or Klear type, or on Tamiya X-22; on busy surfaces a drop of cyanoacrylate helps. Do not use a decal softener or a decal setter, as the chemistry attacks the printed resin. Work in sections and degrease the surfaces beforehand.
The set contains the interior 3D decals only. The plastic kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
