This is not an aircraft model and not a large assembly of one, but a single particular small accessory. A ram air turbine is a little propeller-driven device that extends from the fuselage in flight and uses the airstream to drive an emergency power source for the onboard systems. On a model it is a detail a couple of millimeters across, yet one that immediately gives away a builder who knows the subject. The manufacturer has a whole row of similarly small sets, and they are told apart by the exact set designation and by the version of the aircraft.
In a kit the place of the turbine is either smooth skin or a suggested door. Molding a tiny propeller with thin blades and a carrier arm in plastic is practically impossible. Resin handles material a few tenths of a millimeter thick, so the blades look like blades and not like a flat wafer. The accessory makes the most sense on a model built in the so-called ground configuration with the covers open, where a deployed turbine fits logically into the overall idea and catches the eye of a viewer who knows what he is looking at.
Cut the tiny parts off the casting block with a very fine-toothed saw or a fresh scalpel blade, and work over a tray where a small part will not get lost. Dose the cyanoacrylate glue with a pin or a piece of wire, because a drop straight from the tube is too much for a detail like this. Wash the part in warm soapy water before gluing, otherwise not even a primer will hold on it. You can manage the painting with a very fine-tipped brush, and spraying the primer on in advance from a can helps. An opening of the right size will have to be cut or sanded into the fuselage, so measure and dry-fit, because you can always take more off but never put it back. Sand the resin with protection for your breathing.
The set is a resin accessory, not a kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
