The F-86F-40 Sabre single-sided Art Scale mask 1:48 is a set of precisely pre-cut self-adhesive masks of kabuki tape from the Czech manufacturer Art Scale. It contains neither a model nor paint; it serves for quick and clean masking of the cockpit glazing and usually the wheels as well while spraying. The single-sided version masks the outer side of the glazing.

The real subject

The North American F-86 Sabre was the first American jet fighter with a swept wing and became famous for its duels over Korea. The F-86F-40 version belongs to the late batches and carries a modified wing. The glazed bubble canopy is a striking feature, and this set makes its framing easier to paint.
