An Eduard mask set in the TFace version for a model of the A-10C Thunderbolt II attack aircraft in 1:48 scale, that is masks for the outer and the inner side of the glazing.
Responsibility details are not available.
Crisply separated cockpit frames are one of the few things even a layman notices on a finished model. Cutting them out of tape by hand means hours of work and the result is usually irregular anyway. This set brings pre-cut self-adhesive masks shaped exactly to the glazing, so you just lift them out, apply them and spray over them.
The TFace qualifier on Eduard masks says that the set contains parts for both sides of the glazing, the outer and the inner. Masking the inside has a practical point: the cockpit frames tend to be painted in the interior color on the inside, and without a mask that inner side cannot be sprayed without dirtying the surface of the clear part. At the same time it keeps the shade applied from the other side from showing through the thin clear material.
A mask set is supplied. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise. The exact extent of the set is stated in the manufacturer's instructions.
