An Eduard photo-etched set aimed at the interior of a plastic model of the four-engined Focke-Wulf Fw 200 Condor in 1:48 scale. It is not a model but an accessory in thin etched sheet, which replaces and fills out the fittings of the cockpit and the crew stations. The parts printed in color are ready for immediate use.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 200 Condor was a German four-engined aircraft, originally a long-range airliner, deployed during the Second World War as a long-range maritime reconnaissance aircraft and bomber against Allied convoys in the Atlantic. For its reach it earned the nickname Scourge of the Atlantic.
The photo-etched parts sharpen up the instrument panels, the side consoles, the seats, the belts and other items of the interior that are only suggested in plastic. The parts are separated with a sharp knife and glued with super glue; the colored faces are not painted over.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a whole model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
