The real subject

The GBU-22 belongs to the Paveway family of laser-guided bombs of roughly the 500 pound (250 kg) weight class. It serves for the precise destruction of ground targets and is part of the typical armament of present-day combat aircraft. On the Rafale these bombs are hung under multiple racks, which make it possible to carry several rounds of this munition.

Usage tips

First wash the resin parts free of print resin residue, cut the print supports off carefully and join them with cyanoacrylate glue. Protect your airways when sanding. Once varnished and with the enclosed decals applied, the munition looks convincing and fills out the stores of a model.
