A decal sheet in 1:48 scale with markings for German Eurofighter Typhoons of the tactical wing TLG 31, which carries an honorary name after Oswald Boelcke.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is a European supersonic combat aircraft with a delta wing and canard foreplanes. In the Luftwaffe it forms the backbone of the fighter units, and one of them is the tactical wing carried under the designation TLG 31, which bears an honorary name after Oswald Boelcke, the German fighter pilot and tactician of the First World War. The sheet is aimed exactly at the machines connected with this wing.
The set holds markings for Eurofighter Typhoon models in 1:48 scale. How many machines and how many marking options are printed on the sheet is given in the enclosed instructions; use them to check which kit the motifs are shaped for as well. The colors of the model are not dealt with by the sheet, which adds national insignia, numbers and legends to an already sprayed surface.
Overcoat the spot under the decal with a gloss varnish, otherwise a silvered haze will appear under the edge. Cut the motif out as closely to the printing as possible, soak it in lukewarm water and, once it has released from the backing, slide it onto the model. Blot the remaining water away with soft paper, use a softener on busy places and do not move the motif any further. Once dry, even the surface out with a matte or gloss varnish. Before you soak the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is a self-adhesive version: a soaked self-adhesive film is ruined.
The package holds a decal sheet. The kit, the paints, the varnishes and the glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
