The Gloster Aircraft Company was a British aircraft works whose machines served the Royal Air Force from the biplane fighters of the 1930s to the first British jet aircraft deployed during the Second World War. Modelers meet the brand fairly often, because kits of its types belong to the basic offering of British aviation and tend to be available in several forms.
This is an accessory set for 1:48 scale, that is parts intended to refine a kit of the aircraft. The parts are not polystyrene, so they are glued with cyanoacrylate rather than with cement for plastic models. Cut the excess material off a short way from the part with a sharp blade and carefully sand the remainder so that the seating surface stays flat. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, otherwise the paint will not hold on them. It is sensible to paint small parts before fitting them, because once they are set into the model some surfaces can no longer be reached.
