Eduard masks Grumman F3F-2 1:48 are self-adhesive masks for the glazing and the wheels of a model of the prewar F3F-2 biplane.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks from the Czech manufacturer Eduard makes spraying the cockpit glazing of a model of the American Grumman F3F-2 carrier biplane in 1:48 scale easier. The kabuki-type masks follow the small glazing frames faithfully and peel off after spraying without residue; the set usually contains masks for the wheels as well.
The Grumman F3F was the last biplane fighter of the US Navy in the 1930s, characterized by its retractable landing gear and stocky fuselage. The F3F-2 version received a more powerful engine.
It suits modelers who want to save time masking the small frames of a biplane and to achieve a sharp result.
This is a masking set, not a model. The kit and the paints are not included in the package.
