Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely pre-cut masks from Art Scale for a plastic model of the British Hawker Tempest Mk.II fighter in 1:48 scale. The masks are die-cut from quality kabuki film, and the parts are numbered and come with instructions. This is the double-sided version, for the outside and the inside of the glazing. The masks are cut for the Eduard or Special Hobby kits.
The Hawker Tempest was a British fighter of the closing stage of the Second World War. The Mk.II version differed from the better-known Mk.V in its powerplant: instead of the Napier Sabre H-block engine it was given the air-cooled Bristol Centaurus radial, which gave the nose its characteristic circular shape. The type excelled in high speed at low altitude.
For modelers who want crisply defined canopy frames without cutting masks by hand. The masks are designed around the shape and the panel lines of one particular kit of this type.
This is a masking accessory, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
