This resin interior set from Aires in 1:48 scale replaces the inner spaces of the He 111H-4 bomber kit in detail: the pilot and navigator stations, the glazed nose, the instrument panels, the seats and the cabin structure. It is a fairly extensive interior set meant to be built into a kit, not a model in its own right.
The Heinkel He 111 is a German twin-engine medium bomber of the Second World War, recognizable by its fully glazed nose. The H-4 belongs to the extensive He 111H series. The roomy glazed cabin makes the interior a clearly visible and attractive part of the model.
Wash the parts to remove the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The interior of German aircraft is often painted in RLM 66, and the instruments and details are brought out with a wash and a dry brush. Because so much of it shows through the glazing, careful work on the interior pays off. Protect your airways while sanding.
